Whole Side of Smoked Salmon – Long Slice
A whole side of sashimi quality salmon. Expertly filleted, dry-cured and smoked in the Wimbledon Smokehouse to their own recipe using Beech and other selected hardwoods. There is a distinct difference to other oak-smoked salmon, and we feel that they have created a truly unique and superior product. Long slice trimmed and hand sliced salmon is Farmed from the Faroe Island.
This product is ready to eat. Delicious for Christmas Day breakfast with scrambled eggs, served with fresh rye bread and pickles or delicately placed on a canapé.
